Hello, I am Caren Bittiker, owner of Caren's Cakes. I have been creating memories for couples for 27 years. We offer high quality, professional, customized wedding cake creations with personalized, hands on service.

Our cakes have been featured in several bridal and wedding magazines including: KC Weddings, Kansas City Home Design, The Knot Wedding Pages, and Here Comes The Cake Volume 2 and 3. I continue to take classes and improve my skills on a regular basis so that I may offer my clients the newest in techniques and design.

My kitchen and I are certified by the Missouri Health Department to ensure that our environment is a healthy one in which to create your memories.
